The 40″ model is available in a 2 drawer, 3 drawer or 5 drawer toolbox configuration, giving you the flexibility to choose the best option for your needs. All models are built with a 12 gauge aluminum body and 12 gauge powder coated carbon steel tool holders, ensuring durability and longevity. Additionally, they come equipped with heavy-duty stainless steel hinges, push button locks, and gas springs to make accessing your tools easy and secure.

Ordering, Pickup & Installation

Most in-stock toolboxes are ready for pickup or ship out within a few business days. For custom orders or not in stock items lead times can vary but expect around 8-weeks due to extremely high demand. If you're in a rush, just ask—we’ll give you an honest timeframe and work with you to meet any deadlines.
Each toolbox includes mounting tabs or brackets for easy installation using standard bolts or self-tapping screws. If you’re not sure how to mount it, just let us know your bed type (liner, spray-in, or bare) and we can guide you or provide install tips.
